My background blends psychology, counseling, and theology—I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master’s in Professional Counseling, a Master’s in Theological Studies, and a Doctorate in Theology. If spirituality is something you’d like to integrate into therapy, I’m happy to do that—but if it’s not your thing, no worries at all!
I am EMDR certified, IFS trained, and Brainspotting trained, too. I use all these tools and more to help you create a life you want. This process is about you, so I'm happy to bring all my training to aid in your healing.
