Brainspotting with me is for adults in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Florida who are ready to get into their stuff. Maybe you're a complex trauma survivor who feels stuck, even after years of therapy. Maybe it's religious trauma, or the toll of being a healer yourself. If talking about it hasn't gotten you where you want to be, this is one more door we can try.

Brainspotting was developed by David Grand. In the words of brainspotting.com, it "gives us a tool, within this clinical relationship, to neurobiologically locate, focus, process, and release experiences and symptoms that are typically out of reach of the conscious mind and its cognitive and language capacity." I am EMDR certified, IFS trained, and Brainspotting trained, too.

All of my sessions are telehealth, and Brainspotting is no exception. You're in your own space, and I'm with you on the screen the whole time. If you've done Brainspotting with someone before, tell me about it! And if it's brand new to you, no worries at all; we'll take it one step at a time.

Brainspotting isn't the only tool in the box, either. We can use EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, or a bit of both, with parts work woven in. This process is about you, so we'll find the fit together.

Sometimes 50 minutes isn't enough room. I also offer Brainspotting intensives: "If we decide extended sessions for EMDR or Brainspotting, ranging from 90 min-4 hours, are appropriate for you, my regular rate will be multiplied by the time we choose (e.g., 2 hours=$400)."
